Frequently Asked Questions

What age is Cubs suitable for?

Sessions are suitable from as soon as your child(ren) can confidently walk, up to the age of 5 at Barnt Green and up to the age of 8 at Ragley Woods. Our nature babies classes are suitable from 6 months to pre walking.

What do you do in bad weather?

We play of course! The sessions are only cancelled when there are high winds, heavy snow or weather warnings due to a risk of injury from tree branches falling. But in the rain, we continue to play! The children love it and it enhances their play and learning!

Do you have parking and toilets?

Yes, we have both parking and toilets at both sites.

What should we wear?

Long trousers or leggings, long sleeved tops. Boots or wellies when the weather is colder and wet. Layers are key in the colder months - more thinner layers are better than one thick jumper. Extra socks and gloves too! Waterproofs for rainy weather and hats for the sunny days! Don't wear best clothes, its better to wear old clothes.

How much are the sessions?

Please visit the booking page to see session prices and our discounted flexi passes.

Is it pushchair and wheelchair friendly?

Pushchairs and prams have been used successfully at both sites, however, Ragley Woods is a little more uneven terrain. I would always recommend to use a carrier instead, due to muddy woodland grounds. Unfortunately, we do not currently have wheelchair access toilet facilities. We are hoping this will be rectified in the near future.
