Cancellation Policy

SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATION

Severe weather can affect the safety of all participants at Curious Cubs Forest School. Depending on the type of weather, such as thunderstorms, high winds with falling branches, flash flooding, or heavy snowfall, the session may be cancelled in advance (the day before or earlier). In such cases, we offer to reschedule your session.

If a session is cut short or cancelled midway due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, we regret that we are unable to refund the fees for that day.

WET WEATHER

As an "all-weather" Woodland Play and Forest School, our sessions will continue in wet conditions as long as it is safe to do so. Please ensure that all attendees, including children, parents, students, and staff, are appropriately dressed and well-prepared for wet weather.
